 CHUNK: Bio At first look and further listen it's evident that the lyrically clever and vividly metallic power trio CHUNK distinguish themselves not only with their down tuning and sonically fat sound, but also with their collaborative songwriting expertise, their passionate performing and their unusual take on the three piece configuration with their dual lead vocalists. Aaron Langier, (bass), Jay Chamulke, (guitar), and Troy Rosing, (drums), combine production and tight performance born of intense rehearsal on "Phil". "Phil" was recorded at Beta Studios in Edmonton, Alberta with engineer/producer Kevin Hoskin and mixed in Vancouver by renowed studio mogul Bill Kennedy (Nine inch Nails, Monster Magnet, Filter, Nothingface, Motley Crue, etc.) Shows to promote the upcoming release should be announced shortly. The first single of the new CD, "Alone" can be described as an accessable cross between Godsmack and the new Lynyrd Skynyrd.  |
