 White Lightning: Bio White Lightning's MAIN GOAL: Create fresh music and produce a compelling live show that is entertaining to watch, engaging to listen to, and memorable to all. White Lightning is a hard-working Edmonton based band that is dedicated to their craft. They have a single on SONIC 102.9 fm and were recently dubbed band of the month. They were also nominated in the Edmonton Music Awards for best live show. White Lightning has had the privilege of sharing the stage with popular acts such as Sublime, CCR, Daniel Wesley, and many more. They have also had success in a few reputable battle of the band competitions such as the TEAM 1260 radio contest, Alberta's Last Band Standing, and Futuresfest. White Lightning is currently celebrating the release of their debut full-length album "See It All" and had the privilege to recreate the album live to a sold out crowd. The album incorporates full choral and stomp pieces, sounds recorded in a 30,000 bushel grain bin, a featured remix of their first single, and a smooth flow of feel from energetic indie-rock to peaceful inspiring melodies. Along with the excitement of White Lightning's new album, there is a lot of buzz around their live show. A typical show for WL is filled with kazoos, trash-cans, megaphones, beat boxing, strong musicality, and much much more. They have earned a reputation among Edmonton music lovers as some of the most entertaining performers in the city.
